"Ridin'" has had its share of history. Originally slated to be on The Kickdrums mixtape until it got pulled. Now its back again, this time in its entirety and has every one guessing it's going to be on A$AP's LongLiveA$AP (September 11).
Lana's sultry vocals and The Kickdrums' almost nostalgic production make this one. I love how they were able to capture her tradmark vintage style and Rocky's chill.
The master of family reunions, DJ Khaled, is back at it again. Kanye brings his 808s & Heartbreak sound and Ross sounds as gruntful as ever. Props to Khaled for letting the link out. Production by Hit-Boy.

I must say, ScHoolboy Q and XV hooking up wasn't anything that I ever expected. The two rap from almost completely different worlds. That might be why Q sounds like he toned down his rebellion a little here. Don't let me obsession for him mislead you, XV did his thing on this one.

Donald Glover seems to be on mission to make the latter half of 2012 his. I have a feeling his next mixtape's sound is going to be on another level. He's definitely sounding like a more seasoned rapper after losing his trademark "rough around the edges" flow. Some hate that, I think its him realizing his potential.
There's no doubt that "No Lie" is a heavy hitter, but Director X decided to take a more artistic angle for the video. It ended up working very well.
This one starts of with a very 70's-esque synth line that almost turned me off, but as Chela sang her vocals, "Fifteen" transformed into a nostalgic dream.
